I’m Shawn Ryan — a certified Kambo practitioner, U.S. military veteran, and yoga teacher based in Virginia. After years of service and navigating the deep personal challenges of stress, Kambo found me unexpectedly and offered a way to reconnect — with my body, my mind, and something greater.

I believe in trying new approaches that support lasting improvements in both physical and mental health. While you're driving the train of your own experience, I create a safe and peaceful environment so you can focus on your journey to wellness.
